Box 356, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Gekara Ondicho, who died at Nyantaro, on 24th December, 2014. E147 OF 2023 By Rosa Moraa Begi, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martha Kemunto Mocheche, who died at Township, on 14th October, 2000. Box 1650, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Keriako Nyakeirura, who died at Nyachichi, on 30th August, 1984. CAUSE NO. E217 OF 2023 By (1) Mendelsson Ombagi Otwabe and (2) Jemima Nyangenya, both of P.O. Box 229-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyangenya Mabeya, who died at Nyambogo, on 22nd August, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
