TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 355 OF 2023 By Hosea Kipkosgei Kiboset, of P.O. Box 490, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs., Hosea Kipkosgei Kiboset, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiboset Chumo, who died at Tendwo Sub-location, on 10th October, 1999. CAUSE NO. 357 OF 2023 By Mary Wanjiru Karanja, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Karanja Ndegwa, who died at Chagaiya Sub-location, on 19th March, 2022. CAUSE NO. E360 OF 2023 By (1) Moses Komen Cheptallam, (2) Dinah Komen and (3) Patricia Jemutai Komen, all of P.O. Box 231, Ravine in the Republic of Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Serah Jerop Komen, who died at Mediheal Parklands Hospital in Kenya, on 1st November, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
