CAUSE NO. 429 OF 2023 By (1) Meresa Anyango and (2) Tom Mboya Ndege, the deceased’s sister-in-law and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ben Onyango Achieng, who died at Waware Location, on 8th November, 2016.
