TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E421 OF 2023 By (1) Leonard Ochieng Omolo and (2) Edwin Omondi Omolo, both of P.O. Box 63–40400, Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Omolo Awange alias Benson Omolo alias Benson Omolo s/o Andrew Awange, who died at Kakrao Sub-location, on 2nd January, 2020. CAUSE NO. E422 OF 2023 By Alphazard Isaya Mwita, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robi Mwita, who died at Mabera, on 4th July, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
