TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2022 By (1) Rose Wangu Ndiritu and (2) Martin Irungu Wambugu, both of P.O. Box 900–00511, Ongata Rongai in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Godfrey Wambugu, who died at Oloosirikon Sub-location, on 28th June, 2010. CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2023 By (1) Rose Wangari Karanja and (2) Gabael Trust Corporation, the deceased’s mother and corporate administrator, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dennis Munenge Karanja, who died along Waiyaki Way, on 18th September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2023 By (1) Lorna Nairesial Lemayian, (2) Gladys Nduuku Lemayian and (3) Mark Tajeu Nanai, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lemayian Ndugunye, who died at Beleview South Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
