E17 OF 2023 By Marion Wangechi Njuki, the deceased’s child, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuki Julius Mugweru, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 30th September, 2007. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2023 By David Kinuthia Muthondu, the deceased’s child, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Muthondu Gakami, who died at Kihara, on 13th February, 2015. CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2023 By Mary Adhiambo Oyolla, the deceased’s child, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Oyolla Ndeba, who died at Butula, on 17th February, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
