TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2023 By (1) Charles Muthui Kang’e and (2) Andrew Kang’e, both of P.O. Box 1–90402, Migwani on Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kang’e Kilangu alias Kange Kilangu, who died at Muthale Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 9th January, 2003. CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2023 By (1) John Musau Ngui and (2) Karlagas Musumbi Musau, both of P.O. Box 1–90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musau Ngui Kathenge, who died at Kyanika Sub-location, on 23rd August, 2009. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2023 By (1) Vundi Maluki and (2) Philip Maluki, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaleli Utui, who died at Kibera, on 8th March, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
