E55 OF 2023 By Kieti Munyoki Kithome, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munywoki Kithome Ngole, who died at Mwingi, on 12th December, 1995. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2023 By (1) Margaret Muthoni Musyoka, (2) Esther Mawia Musyoka, (3) Jacob Mbaya Kavolonza Musyoka and (4) Stephen Mwakili Musyoka, the deceased’s widow, daughters and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyoka Mbaya, who died on 20th August, 2019. THE KENYA GAZETTE 29th December, 2023 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
