Box 42–90302, Kathonzweni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbaka Mangw’ethyo Mutuku, who died on 24th November, 1994. CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2023 By Phillis Kamanthe Ngaanga, of P.O. Box 14229, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Mwendwa Titus, who died on 12th May, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
