TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 29th December, 2023 CAUSE NO. 480 OF 2023 By Kenneth Muriithi Munene, of P.O. Box 222, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Munene Wambugu, who died at Ngandu Sub-location, on 15th January, 2022. CAUSE NO. 481 OF 2023 By (1) Rose Muthoni Mwangi and (2) Stephen Kamuri Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 840–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Kamuri Kanyi, who died at Wiyumiririe, on 7th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
