TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E227 OF 2023 By Miko Njagi Stephen, of P.O. Box 266, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Ngembi Njogu, who died at Mugumori, Kathanjuri, on 1st February, 2015. CAUSE NO. E228 OF 2023 By (1) Lucy Kiringa Ireri and (2) Samuel Murithi Ireri, both of P.O. Box 266, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow ad son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ireri Kamaria, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 17th June, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
