TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E381 OF 2023 By Joe Kiragu Kariuki, of P.O. Box 3075, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njekehu Njogu, who died at Gitui Village, on 24th June, 1976. CAUSE NO. E647 OF 2023 By Samuel Gichiri Marion, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marion Nyambura Gachiri alias Marion Nyambura Gichiri, who died at Murarandia, on 22nd April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
