TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E616 OF 2023 By (1) George Nganga Kariuki and (2) Maria Njeri Njonge, both of P.O. Box 323, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter- in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kariuki Kiru alias Wanjoya Kiru alias Kariuki Wanjoya Kiru, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 22nd April, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
