TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E700 OF 2023 By (1) Rose Diana Muthoni Mwangi and (2) Simon Muchiri Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 32, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Muringo Kihungi alias Eunice M. Kihungi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 11th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E708 OF 2023 By Stella Wanjiru Karuga, of P.O. Box 32–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wanjiru Karuga, who died at Ngoingwa, on 23rd March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
