E795 OF 2022 By Esther Achieng Okuta, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Micheal Ongoro Munthe, who died at Port Florence Hospital in Kenya, on 15th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E401 OF 2023 By (1) Jectone Onyango Okumu and (2) Misac Owira Okumu, both of P.O. Box 307–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Akoth Okumu alias Akoth Okumu, who died at Chiga, on 8th September, 2004. E563 OF 2023 By (1) David Okuku Okuku and (2) Dorice Atieno Okuku, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marikus Okuku Okudo, who died on 19th March, 1986.
