E598 OF 2022 By Pamela Akinyi Onyango, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshark Onyango Ochola, who died at Kisumu, on 12th September, 2015. CAUSE NO. E397 OF 2023 By (1) Beatrice Atieno Omolo and (2) Joab Onyango Omollo, both of P.O. Box 1851–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Omolo Oselu alias Patric Camlus Osellu, who died on 4th February, 2003. CAUSE NO. E524 OF 2023 By (1) Rosa Olweny Danga and (2) Peres Adero Danga, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Danga Okore, who died at Kogony, on 8th December, 2012. CAUSE NO. E592 OF 2023 By Peter Angira Jojuuok, of P.O. Box 2244, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Rapuonda Midika alias George R. Midika, who died at Korando, on 4th July, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
