NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 25th September, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1240, in Volume D1, Folio 1015/1954, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Joy Purity Ong’eti, formerly known as Benta Joy On’geti, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Benta Joy On’geti, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joy Purity Ong’eti, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Joy Purity Ong’eti only.
