NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 192, in Volume B-13, Folio 2317/19954, File No. 1637, by our client, Esther Wamaitha, formerly known as Esther Wamaitha Maina, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Esther Wamaitha Maina, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Esther Wamaitha, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Esther Wamaitha only.
