NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd November, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 804, in Volume DI, Folio 338/3377, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Kenneth Kelly Ng’ang’a Muhindi, formerly known as Kelly Ng’ang’a Muhindi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kelly Ng’ang’a Muhindi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kenneth Kelly Ng’ang’a Muhindi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kenneth Kelly Ng’ang’a Muhindi only.
