NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owner of a water pump KSB Multitec A 125/3 9.2 10.67 Serial No 9972642560/000100/04 m/s Kitui Water and Sanitation Company Limited, which has been lying at the premises of Rope Engineering Limited located along Lusaka Close, off Lusaka Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi, to collect the same within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice upon payment of storage costs, cost of publication of this notice plus any other related charges, failure to which the said pump shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty without further notice and proceeds thereof hall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further refence Dated the 10th November, 2023.
