NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya and following instructions received from Wrench Auto Garage Enterprises to collect the same within seven (7) days from the date of this publication of this Notice, failure to which Beta Recovery Auctioneers shall proceed to dispose of the motor vehicle reg. No. KBR 342F by way of public Auction on behalf of Wrench Auto Garage Enterprises if the motor vehicle No. KBR 342F Toyota Rav4 remains uncollected/unclaimed. Dated the 21st November, 2023. JOHN K.
