Pursuant to the Orders of Hon Justice Aleem Visram Alnashir dated 31st October 2023) NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition for Liquidation order for the above-named Company by the High Court of Kenya, Commercial and Tax Division, Milimani Commercial Court, Nairobi was on 19th October 2023 presented to this Court by Counsel for the Petitioner representing Youth Dynamix Kenya Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Petitioner”) of P.O. Box 6134-00100, Nairobi, Kenya. And the said Petition for Liquidation Order is directed to be mentioned before the Court sitting at 9:00 a.m. on 13th February 2024 and the creditor or contributory of the said Petitioner desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said Petition may appear at the time of the mention in person, or by his advocate, for that purpose and a copy of the Petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributor of the said Petitioner requiring such copy on payment of the required charges of the same.
