PURSUANT to provisions of section 191C (b) of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 and section 9 (b) of the County Governments Additional Allocation Act, 2022, the County Executive Committee Member responsible for matters relating to Finance, Economic Planning and Revenue Mobilization hereby publishes, in the Kenya Gazette, Intergovernmental Participation Agreements (IPA) 24th November, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE between the National Government of Republic of Kenya and the County Government of Tharaka Nithi listed in the Schedule thereto. The Intergovernmental Participation Agreements stipulated in the schedule were approved by the County Assembly of Tharaka Nithi as stipulated by the provisions of section 191(A) (3) and (4) on the date indicated in the fifth column of the Schedule.
