REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sirma Kobot Jepkinyor (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nandi/Kebulonik/291 situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the Magistrate’s Court at Kapsabet in Succession Cause No. E113 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration, and whereas Magistrate’s Court at Kabiyet in Succession Cause 128 of 2022 has issued certificate of confirmation of grant in favor of (1) Ann Jepkemei Somoei and (2) Michael Kipchirchir Korir, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Sirma Kobot Jepkinyor (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Sirma Kobot Jepkinyor (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
