REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Feata Muari Nyaga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kyeni/Mufu/6555, situate in the district of Embu, containing 0.04 hectare or thereabouts and whereas the Principal Magistrate Court at Embu in succession cause No. 48 of 2022 has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of (1) Olive Njoki Njeru, (2) Edithi Gicuku Namu and (3) Alice Rwamba Nyaga, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Feata Muari Nyaga, has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietors by transmission R.L. 39 and R.L. 42 in the name of (1) Olive Njoki Njeru, (2) Edithi Gicuku Namu and (3) Alice Rwamba Nyaga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Feata Muari Nyaga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
