REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jamlick Evanson Muhia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.13 acres or thereabout, known as Loc. 16/Mbugiti/T.22, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas the Principal Magestrate’s Court at Murang’a in 24th November, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE Succession Cause No. 849 of 1999, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Phylis Njoki Muhia and (2) Edwin Wainaina Muhia, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Jamlick Evanson Muhia (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue land title deed to (1) Phylis Njoki Muhia and (2) Edwin Wainaina Muhia, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jamlick Evanson Muhia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
