REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Makarios Gathigi Kairang’a alias Gathigi Kairang’a (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Muguga/Jet Scheme/253, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Limuru in Succession Cause No. E140 of 2010, has issued a grant of letters of administration to (1) Job Gatiiya Gathigi and (2) Joyce Waithera Njenga, both of P.O. Box 118, Limuru in Kenya, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Makarios Gathigi Kairang’a alias Gathigi Kairang’a (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Makarios Gathigi Kairang’a alias Gathigi Kairang’a (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
