THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Esther Muthoni Gichuki, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.125 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ruiru/Mugutha Block 1/1894, situate in the district of Ruiru, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Ruiru in Succession Cause No. E100 of 2022, directing the name of Esther Muthoni Gichuki be cancelled and replaced with that of Agnes Wairimu Muiruri, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Esther Muthoni Gichuki has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Esther Muthoni Gichuki, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
