THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Debrosse Holdings Limited (in liquidation), of P.O. Box 11032–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 205/89, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 84720/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the official receiver of P.O. Box 30031–00100, Nairobi, as the interim liquidator of Debrosse Holdings limited by virtue of the winding up cause No. 35 of 2011 in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi has made an application for reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
