REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Christopher Sifa Thoya, (2) Nimrod Baraka Wanje and (3) Esther Kana Mbogo, all of P.O. Box 784, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, as the administrator of the estate of Oscar Karisa Mweru alias Oscar Karisa Mweri (deceased), are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.17 hectare or thereabouts, known as Gede/Kirepwe “B”/29, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title as provided under section 33 (5) of the act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
