REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Geoffrey Kimani Gathiga and (2) Caroline Wanjiru Gathiga, as administrators of the estate of Rachel Tiribi Gathiga (deceased), of P.O. Box 90–01001, Kalimoni in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor leasehold of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 21096/106, situate in south west of Thika Municipality in the Thika District, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. No. 98591/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
