APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated 18th July, 2022, I appointed John Ndungi, liquidator for Mandera Handicraft CS Limited (CS 2725) (in liquidation) for a period not exceeding one year, and whereas the said John Ndungi, has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period, now therefore, I extend the period of liquidation for Mandera Handicraft CS Limited (CS 2725) 6th October, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE for another period not exceeding six (6) months and re-appoint John Ndungi to act as liquidator in the matter of the said co-operative society.
