IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred on me by Regulation 10
(1) (a) of the Public Finance Management (Turkana County Climate
Change Fund) Regulations, 2021 I, Jeremiah Ekamais Lomorukai
Napotikan, Governor, County Government of Turkana, appoint—
DR. REV. FR. JOSEPH EKIRU EKOMWA as the Chairperson of the County Climate Change Fund Management
Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the date of this appointment.
