APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph 6 (1) (f) of the Kenya Tissue and Transplant Authority Order, 2022, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretations and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Health appoints— JAWAHIRA HUSSEIN HAJI to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Tissue and Transplant Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 6th October, 2023.
