IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 31 (1) of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Forestry appoints— Under paragraph (d)– Mary Wanjiru Wakio Njogu, Under paragraph (e)– Stephen Muli Mua, Under paragraph (f)– William Otumoi Nairuko, Michael Shamku, to be members of the National Environmental Complaints Committee, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 29th September, 2023.
