IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (2) of the Small Claims Court Act, 2016, the Chief Justice designates— HON. MANUELA KINYANJUI–Senior Principal Magistrate as an Adjudicator in any proceedings under the Act, at Milimani Small Claims Court, Nairobi City County, for a period of twelve (12) months, with effect from the 25th October, 2023.
