NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 9, in Volume B-13, Folio 2315/19920, File No. 1637, by our client, Champaben Vinubhai Sojitra (guardian), of P.O. Box 81117–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Mithil Vinubhai Sojitra (minor), formerly known as Mithil Nitinkumar Sojitra, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mithil Nitinkumar Sojitra, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mithil Vinubhai Sojitra, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mithil Vinubhai Sojitra only.
