NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 447, in Volume B-13, Folio 2314/19910, File No. 1637, by our client, Gladys Gachigi Kamau, formerly known as Gladys Alice Gachigi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Gladys Alice Gachigi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Gladys Gachigi Kamau, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Gladys Gachigi Kamau only.
