NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 25th September, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 272, in Volume D1, Folio 298/2803, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Esther Wanjiku Maina (guardian), of P.O. Box 868–00618, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Moses Maina Kanyotu (minor), formerly known as Moses Maina Wanjiku, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Moses Maina Wanjiku, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Moses Maina Kanyotu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Moses Maina Kanyotu only.
