CONSTRUCTION OF MUTHATARI – SIAKAGO ROADS PROJECT INQUIRY IN PURSUANCE of sections 112 and 162 (2) of the Land Act, 2012, Part VIII and further to Gazette Notices Nos. 7089 of 2021, 6262 of 2022 and 1645 of 2023, the National Land Commission on behalf of Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) gives notice that inquiry for hearing claims to compensation for interested parties in the land required for the construction of Muthatari – Siakago Roads Project shall be held on the dates and places shown below.
