THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Thuo Muthinji (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.196 hectares or thereabout, known as Loc. 12/Sub-loc. 4/1777, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Naivasha in Succession Cause No. E162 of 2021, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Elizabeth Waithira Thuo, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to Elizabeth Waithira Thuo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Thuo Muthinji (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
