REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nicholas Ndoli Nyawate alias Nicholas Ndoli s/o Nyawate alias Nicholas N. Nyawate (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kisa/Wambulishe/1915, situate in the district of Kakamega, and whereas the administrator in Succession Cause No. 71 of 2019 has issued grant of letters of administration to Rose Okoyo Ndoli, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Nicholas Ndoli Nyawate alias Nicholas Ndoli s/o Nyawate alias Nicholas N. Nyawate (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of R.L. 39, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Nicholas Ndoli Nyawate alias Nicholas Ndoli s/o Nyawate alias Nicholas N.
