THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hannah Wanjiku Kamau (deceased), of P.O. Box 24648, Karen in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Nairobi, known as Dagoretti Mutuini/T. 98, and whereas Dimitrios Wainaina and (2) Sophia Wanjiru Mukoma, are the administrators of the above estate, and whereas the said land title deed issued thereof has been reported missing, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the death certificate of the deceased herein and issue a ne land little deed to the beneficiary thereof, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
