REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Raphael Shanga (Director of Mariakani Junior Academy), of P.O. Box 196, Mariakani in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kilifi, registered under title No. Kilifi/Kadzonzo Madzimbani/1990, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued in respect thereof is lost/destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the green card shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
