REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Fairuz Mohamed Abdulkarim and (2) Akasha Mohamed Abdulkarim as administrators of the estate of Mohamed Abdulkarim Mubarak, both of P.O. Box 80441–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors in freehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.0154 acre or thereabouts, known as Plot No. Mombasa/Block XXX/24, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 41434, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
