IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Urban Areas and Cities Act, 2012 and all enabling provisions of the law and upon approval by the County Assembly of Siaya in its special sitting held on the 5th September, 2023, it is notified for the general information to the public that I, James Orengo, Governor, Siaya County, appoint the following persons to be members of the Ugunja Municipality Board, for a period of five (5) years, with effect from the 20th September, 2023.
