REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mohamed Ali Said 2/7, (2) Siyamah Salim Khamis 1/7, (3) Aisha Ali Said 1/7, (4) Fatuma Ali Said 1/7, (5) Safiya Dhahman 8/64, (6) Ahmed Awadh Basalim 14/64, (7) Affif Awadh Ali 14/64, (8) Ali Awadh Ali 14/64, (9) Salma Awadh Ali 7/64 and (10) Fatma Awadh Ali 7/64, all of P.O. Box 88570–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 0.0784 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. 1513/73, situate in Takaungu Township Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 14531/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
