NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th May, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1406, in Volume DI, Folio 244/2534, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Mary Njeri Gatakaa (guardian), on behalf of William Muthomi Kariko (minor), formerly known as William Karugu Mbiyu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name William Karugu Mbiyu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name William Muthomi Kariko, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name William Muthomi Kariko only.
