NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1206, in Volume D1, Folio 317/2960, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Nancy Wangoi Wachira, of P.O. Box 50725–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nancy Wangoi Mutai, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Nancy Wangoi Mutai, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nancy Wangoi Wachira, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Nancy Wangoi Wachira only.
