NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 17th July, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 841, in Volume D1, Folio 313/2925, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Kefa Adel Okoth (guardian), of P.O. Box 78798–00507, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Daniel Nash Adel (minor), formerly known as Jaden Pendo Adel, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Jaden Pendo Adel, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Daniel Nash Adel, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Daniel Nash Adel only.
